Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Guides you in exploring and challenging the beliefs that keep you feeling “stuck,” such as guilt, shame, or self-blame. This therapy helps integrate trauma memories in a healthier way, bringing relief and new perspective.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

Designed to reduce fear and avoidance, PE offers a safe, guided way to face trauma memories and triggers so they lose their power over you. You’ll gradually build confidence and freedom to live life without fear.
